We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times are 3–5 business days for most cities. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange subject to availability. Exchange delivery charges may apply.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item at no extra charge.
